For Skiers and Snowboarders alike
The Snowsports club is a friendly club, which welcomes everyone from complete beginners to European Champions. The club has a strong social side and there are also serious amounts of piste action with weekly dry slope trips where you can get involved with lessons and race coaching. We also have two ski teams and a snowboard team who compete regularly and for the fourth year in succession we have reached the national finals.

guys here's a very crude mini-alpha-version of the snow club site for next year. if you look around the site, tell me what you think, etc etc, if something doesn't work or has been missed. bear in mind iv just thrown it together and obviously i wouldn't only use photos of us guys on the final thing, id try to get a few from other groups with in the club... the idea is that the site evetually does work for itself and where possible for the committee- with sing ups and stuff... anyone with inspiration for stuff iv not thought about just email me your thoughts, im all ears. im away til sunday 7th in cornwall kitesurfing and with lee at the unleashed festival - see scrolling link if you wanna join us & camp for a few days beach bands booze etc etc. txt me on 07916 178331 or email ill give you a shout when i return...

reposition stuff on a page: side box, etc...
overlay text onto a photo - i.e. the banner at the top - i just did that in paint - looks pretty cheap dont you think? i couldn't make it type over the picture without a big coloured text box obscuring the pic...
for the background: green is just me messing about - how can i do a colour fade/ put a pic or somehting cool in the background? white would be simple, bit plain. green looks really amateur- not cool.
draw a box /make a panel for the links
create a bordered/coloured box to put news in 'news'
seperate the 'who we are' and 'AU' links! what's it doing?
how do i create a rolling text bar? we sorted this coding out. cool i reckon?
can you make the pictures change like every 10 secs change to a new pic? would be awesome!
how about putting a soundtrack on the site? is that gonna be ok for copyright? would it take loads of memory up? what is the norm for a server to offer for memory space?
